Salad of fresh greens with candied pecans, feta and pomegranate dressing

Coconut-lime pan seared shrimp

Mediterranean Chopped Salad of romaine, tomato, black olives, red onion, basil and dressing

Fruited Salad of tossed greeens and roasted almonds

Caprese Salad

Soups: roasted tomato, curried pumpkin, lentil, seasonal

Poached Atlantic Salmon with ginger-soy

Beef Bourguignnon in red-wine base

Beef Short Ribs (Paul's favourite)

Chili-rubbed salmon topped with avacodo-tomato salsa 

Amaretto chicken with apricot and almond

Braised Lamb Shank with rosemary, thyme, roasted garlic in Bordeau red wine base

Traditional spaghetti with fresh basil and simmered meatballs

Apple pork tenderloin with rosemary vanilla chutney

Spectacular chicken in cream sauce with sundried tomato  and caraway

Chicken Roulade of goat or feta cheese, basil and red peppers, wrapped in prosciutto and pan seared

Classic Beef Bourguignon; slow cooked with cremini mushrooms, pearl onions in red wine sauce

Coconut-Macadamia nut tilapia crusted with tartar

Succulent Beef short-ribs au jus
